Lydia was raised in Woodstock, Vermont. She was educated at Skidmore College where she received a Bachelors degree in Theater.
Before entering real estate, Lydia pursued a career in film and television appearing in several off Broadway shows as well as ABCs All My Children.
Lydia entered the Real Estate industry in 1990 while managing numerous luxury condominium complexes throughout the Los Angeles area.
In 1996 Lydia became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Malibu and was recruited by Coldwell Banker soon after receiving her license.
Lydia has received numerous awards as a Top Producer. She is a member of Coldwell Bankers International Presidents Premier, which represents the top 1% of Coldwell Banker Agents Internationally.
Her community involvement includes founding and chairing of the first ever charity event in Malibu for victims of domestic violence (Nicole Brown Simpson Foundation) as well as implementing Drug & Alcohol awareness programs at Palisades High School. She is a co-chair President for Palisades High School for the 2006-2007 school year.
